By placing an order, you agree to the following, so read up.
Refund Policy
At Sinful Bites, each cookie is handcrafted in small batches with premium ingredients and the highest attention to detail. Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or store credit. Your cookies are packaged like royalty to ensure your experience is complete indulgence, however, we cannot control and therefore do not accept responsibility for the following:
- How our products are transported and stored in the shipping process. Orders left unattended after delivery (e.g., melted or spoiled due to weather).
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our bakery.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout (the system generates your label exactly as you enter it at checkout).
- Lost or stolen orders, once they have left our bakery.
- Orders delivered to the wrong address.
- If your package is lost, stolen or damaged due to shipping carrier, we will help you file a claim, but no guarantees to the outcome though.
Shipping Policy
When do we ship?
Because our cookies are baked fresh and packaged with care, we follow a weekly order and ship cycle:
- Weekly menu drops every Wednesday at 12pm PST and ordering is open until 4pm PST (or until Sold Out).
- Orders are baked fresh and shipped out the following Monday, because indulgence takes time.
Who ships the indulgence?
- We currently ship within the continental United States via UPS and USPS.
- Transit times typically range from 1–3 business days, depending on your region.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Warm Weather Disclaimer:
Some of our cookies include chocolate and delicate fillings. During warm months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to reduce transit time and avoid melting. Sinful Bites is not responsible for weather-related damage once packages are in transit.
Holiday Shipping Disclaimer:
The holidays are busy. Once your box is with the carrier, we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date. Order early!
Shipping Restrictions & Flat Rate Policy
While we offer flat-rate shipping, some addresses (like remote zones, certain regions in U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes) aren’t covered under that rate.
If that’s your case, we’ll reach out with two options:
- Pay the difference via a payment link
- Cancel and receive a full refund
We won’t make changes without contacting you first. If we do not get a response within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued.
Local Deliveries (Las Vegas, NV)
Live in Las Vegas or the surrounding areas, you can have your cookies delivered Monday evenings, (delivery fees based on third party rates).
Cookie Freshness
Each cookie is heat sealed to stay fresh through shipping to ensure you receive the full indulgence experience.:
- Room temp: Good for up to 7 days.
- Refrigerated: Good for up to 2 weeks.
- Frozen: Best within 3 months
- For cookies with cream-based filing, refrigerate upon delivery.
