Refund Policy
At Sinful Bites, each cookie is handcrafted in small batches with premium ingredients and the highest attention to detail. Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or store credit. Your cookies are packaged like royalty to ensure your experience is complete indulgence, however, we cannot control and therefore do not accept responsibility for the following:

How our products are transported and stored in the shipping process.

Orders left unattended after delivery (e.g., melted or spoiled due to weather).

Delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our bakery.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout (the system generates your label exactly as you enter it at checkout).

Lost or stolen orders, once they have left our bakery.

Orders delivered to the wrong address.
If your package is lost, stolen or damaged due to shipping carrier, we will help you file a claim, but no guarantees to the outcome though.
